IN-LINE FUEL INJECTION EQUIPMENT- A SIZE

The A size in-line fuel injection equipment include the following:
-injection pump (A-size, in-line) with its own camshaft, provided with a flange for mounting on the engine;
-feed pump, with single acting piston, hand-actuated pump and in some cases with   sediment bowl;
-centrifugal speed governor RSV type and RQV type for  all-range speeds, or RQ type for  two speeds range.

The in-line pumps follow the same basic operating principle and configuration, a pumping element and delivery valve for each engine cylinder, arranged in a straight line up to 12 cylinders.

The pump's plunger lift is constant and delivery per stroke is controlled by timing of a metering helix on the plunger.

Fuel metering is adjusted to engine speed by a mechanical governor. Each  size and individual pump within the size range is conceived, engineered and calibrated to meet the requirements of the specific engine for which it is intended.
